waited a good half hour to be asked for our drinks, rude staff, gross food undercooked raw bloody chicken made me rather eat cardboard then ever look at them again thanks for nothing manager did nothing to help the situation and my friends pasta had a hair in it yum. get some hygiene skill @SwissChalet

This place used to be good, but it's declined in food quality. The last time I was there (emphasis on 'last'), there was an awful lot of white space on my plate and the fries forgot how to be crisp. I'll eat food from there if it's placed in front of me for free, but there are MUCH better places in town to get chicken.
