I've never really had a bad experience until a few weeks ago. After waiting about 15 min for a Starbucks refresher, a customer in front of me spilled half of his coffee on me. He apologized, but what frustrated me is the fact that all of the staff stood there starring at me. A customer behind me helped me by bringing some napkins to wipe the coffee off of my clothes and legs while the staff carried on. Walked out of the mall with half of my hand burn't and coffee stains all over me..
